11/11/2024 Neyruz, Switzerland 3rd prize for school extension in Neyruz
Our Proposal for the Extension of the School in Neyruz Was Awarded 3rd Prize!
The project optimizes spaces for all educational levels with multifunctional, accessible areas that encourage interaction and flexible use of common spaces. At its heart, the “Place de la Rencontre” connects playful green spaces with a fountain, trampolines, and gardens, creating vibrant environments for children of all ages.
Focusing on natural materials, low-tech ventilation, and renewable energy, the design ensures a sustainable, harmonious environment integrated into the context and prepared for future expansion.
21/10/2024 Zürich, Switzerland Care and Repair Limmattal
We have received the building permit for the renovation of the semi-detached house on Limmattalstrasse (ZH)! Construction is set to begin in December 2024. The original appearance of the house, built in 1927, will be preserved and reinterpreted with a contemporary touch. The use of ecological materials and the minimization of structural interventions allow for a sustainable adaptation to current needs and reduce CO2 emissions during implementation.
11/10/2024 Zürich, Switzerland building permit received!
We’re excited to announce that we’ve received the building permit for the student dormitory on Tannenrauchstrasse (ZH)! Construction is set to begin in February 2025. We look forward to giving this 1970s gem, designed by Ernst Gisel, a second life.

01/03/2024 Wigoltingen, Switzerland SCHULHAUS WIGOLTINGEN
On Saturday 2 March we will present our project 'Zyklus 1' for the new school in Wigoltingen!
The authorities of Wigoltingen have decided to invest in a new school building in order to guarantee the long-term operation of the school. In preparation for the community’s approval of the project, the school board has decided to organize an event involving all interested parties. 
Anyone interested is welcome to attend to find out about the construction of the building and to contribute with their own opinions.

31/01/2024 Adetswil, Switzerland 3RD PRIZE SPORT HALL ADETSWIL
Our proposal, in cooperation with Alex Copeman, for the construction of a new sport hall for the school in Adetswil was awarded third prize!
The building is located on a slope, allowing an entrance towards the street and a new front towards the large recreational area of the school. 
The topic of energy consumption and sustainability is addressed in the project by proposing low-energy systems such as night cooling with cross-ventilation and through the construction of recycled concrete walls, made from the demolition of the previous building.

16/11/2023 Münchwilen, Switzerland 2ND PRIZE SONNENHALDE CARE HOME
Our proposal for the extension of the Sonnenhalde care home was awarded second prize!
The residential centre for people with severe multiple disabilities is developed with a square floor plan repeated over three floors. The simple layout allows intuitive circulation and a natural transition between spaces. The construction system based on bio-based materials and the generous use of wood in the interior spaces create a relaxed atmosphere with a positive effect on the users.

22/06/2023 Winterthur, Switzerland 1st Prize Settlement Burgstrasse
Our proposal in collaboration with Rolf Schaffner Architekt for the renovation of the Burgstrasse settlement in Winterthur-Wülflingen was awarded first prize. The settlement from the '50s with 360 rental units will be adapted to today's needs with selective interventions, so that the existing building substance will be preserved as far as possible and the tenants will not have to leave their flats. We are looking forward to working with Terresta Immobilien- und Verwaltungs AG and Westpol Landschaftsarchitektur GmbH!

The study commission for the new construction of the cycle 1 school building in Wigoltingen has been completed and our project was recommended by the jury to be developed. We are very happy about the first prize! Soon we will show you the project on our website. The projects will be exhibited in the multi-purpose hall in Wigoltingen from 1 to 9 June.

Our proposal for the renovation of the student residence on Tannenrauchstrasse in Wollishofen was awarded first prize. The building was built by Ernst Gisel in 1972 and forms an ensemble with the neighboring youth hostel, also designed by Gisel. We are looking forward to the planning as joint venture with Rolf Schaffner Architect!

22/03/2021 Pfäffikon, Switzerland Renovation of a residential complex
We are working on the renovation of two residential buildings in Pfäffikon. The 22 rental apartments will be adapted to today's living standards. The renovation of all bathrooms and kitchens and the replacement of the heating system will make the residential complex ready for a new life cycle. We look forward to the beginning of construction in summer 2021.
15/12/2020 Menzingen, Switzerland 3rd Place Competition Menzingen
Our design for the conversion and extension of the monastery in Menzingen, in collaboration with architect Rolf Schaffner, achieved 3rd place! The project aims to accommodate the new uses with minimal interventions in the existing substance and a new building in hybrid construction and at the same time it emphasises the historical image of the monastery.

We are working on the conversion and extension of a rural building into a weekend retreat in the Valle Antigorio. The project aims to preserve the exterior image in stone and provides an extension in timber. The construction site will start in spring 2021.
